What to do in case of Illness?
Employees are obliged to notify the employer immediately of an incapacity for work and its foreseeable duration (so-called notification obligation).
So please send an Email to our secretary (evolution@bio.lmu.de) with CC to your direct superior.
If the incapacity for work lasts longer than three calendar days, employees are required to present a medical certificate of the incapacity for work and their probable duration at the latest on the following working day. Please note that even weekends and public holidays count as calendar days.
Important: please inform our secretary when you are healthy again! Otherwise, it may happen that the salary is discontinued.
