Expenses (Private)
Sometimes it is necessary to advance expenses.
For example, if you need to buy a book or other things for the workplace online or cash. With the original invoice, it is no problem to ask for reimbursement of these private expenses.
The form “Application for reimbursement of private expenses” (“Antrag auf Erstattung von Privatauslagen”) is available for this. It must be completed (very important: your bank account!) and given to our secretary. Please include original invoices/receipts for all items and a copy of your credit card or bank account statements as a proof of payment (other transactions can be blackened out).
